Phil has 38 years of experience working for chartered accountants in public practice, including 28 years as a partner.

His auditing expertise covers listed public companies, companies limited by guarantee, private companies requiring an audit, superannuation funds and trust accounts for solicitors, travel agents and real estate agents. Phil has also been an auditor for the aged care industry for the past 28 years.

In addition to audit services, Phil has provided taxation, accounting and company secretarial services to both audit and non-audit clients for over 38 years.

Phil completed a four-year term as the Chairman of a Taxation discussion group, which meets monthly to keep abreast of the constantly changing taxation laws and procedures. He has also served for a number of years as a member of a fund manager public company’s Compliance committee.
